Water Sealer penetrates deep into the materials and dries quickly so that the beading effect is noticeable within a few hours of application. Provides long lasting protection from rain, snow, frost and dirt with no appreciable change to the underlying surfaces. Water Sealer’s siloxane basis means that facades are protected from the effects of ageing such as freezing, frost and UV light. Once dried the surface is protected from external moisture, but will also allow walls to breathe letting water vapour escape. Once dried it can be painted over with most water-based paints, although prior testing is recommended. Elch Pro Water Sealer is a colourless siloxane based water repellent used for the waterproofing of all vertical or steeply sloping masonry substrates (brick, mortar, concrete, cement and natural stones).
