  • Description ELCH PRO Damp Area Coating can be used as a waterproof seal to prevent damp from penetrating basements, showers and damp rooms. The protective coating is made from 100% Silicone and therefore forms a safe, permanently flexible protective surface on all standard building materials, e.g. brickwork, concrete, plaster, metal, roof tiles, wood, glass, tiles, Styropor etc. Also adheres to damp surfaces. Remains breathable.
