Glazing

The ELCH PRO Glazing group currently contains five products typically used for single glazing,draught proofing, specialised and general industrial applications. The Glazing Silicones conform to ISO and DIN trade standards as appropriate for each sealant. For PVCu window and door applications this group offers three high grade, specialist cleaners in 1, 5 and 25 litre sizes. From a PVCu Cream Cleaner and the more powerful PVCu Frame Cleaner to an industrial strength Glass Cleaner.

Description An acetoxy, high modulus silicone that cures rapidly to form a permanently flexible and extremely durable weathertight seal. Strong, primerless adhesion to uncoated glass, ceramics and other glazed surfaces. Applications include: Classical glazing joints, door and window frames, shop windows, display cases, panels, signs, conservatories, greenhouses and marine.

It is low odour, non - staining and bonds strongly to most building materials, including PVCu, without the use of primers.
