Thake the items from the packaging and sort the product components

 

Fit the feet

Screw the first steel-pole four-hole with your desired foot type (in this image: stainless steel foot post for ground mounting). Use the for stainless steel machine screws M10x16. Tighten the screws, but not completely, so you can adjust them later

Measure Your Surface

Pilot Holes

With the help of the foot plate, check and mark where the pilot holes should be placed

Different Foot types

Depending on the type of foot, underground (eg. concrete or wood)

Maxiumum Distance

Maximum distance between two posts

The maxiumum distance between two posts, measured from post centre to post centre 1000mm. If this distance is maintained exactly the standard panels can be used without having to be cut

Drill holes

Drill the holes at the markings

Raw Plugs

Submerge the dowels flush with pre-drilled holes

Fix the posts

Screw the assembled post into place

Adjust the posts

With help of a spirit you can adjust the attachment point of the stainless steel posts. Use a hexagonal bar wrench to the post to firmly tighten the fixing screws

Cut the U-profile

Measure the length required and cut the U-profile accordingly

Fit the U-profile

Mount the (cut to length) U-profile at the space provided at the bottom of the posts. For this you open the "click lock" arm

Fit the panels

With the "click lock" arms open place the acrylic panel into place, ensuring a good fit into the U-profile

"H" Section

Now take the aluminium "H" section (curved). Look for the sticker with the directional arrow

Fit the H Section

Slide the "H" Section carefully between the two acrylic panels, in the appropriate area of the post

Acrylic Panels

Now you can mount the next acrylic panel

H Sections

Continue to fit the H Sections as you go

End Panels

Fit the end panels

Hand Rail

Now cut the handrail to length

Click Lock

!
Lock the "click lock" arms, this will secure the acrylic panels into the posts

Hand Rails

Fit the profile of the inside of the hand rail kit to the top of the acylic panels

Secure the top rail

Screw the rail profile into place

Fix the C-connector

!
Fix the C-connector to close the gap between the "click locks"

Push on the aluminium handrail

End Caps

!
in a free-standing railing you can now close the open ends of the handrail with stainless steel end caps

Tighten the end caps

Tighten the screws using an allen key

Corner brackets

With an angular design, fit the cirner bracket as shown

Finished

the finished railing is an eye catcher wether installed inside or outside
