The ELCH PRO Roofing group currently contains eleven Sealant products, used in a wide variety of roofing and coating applications, offering adhesion to most common materials such as bitumen, asbestos, polyurethane foam, asphalt, felt, metals and wood. The unique waterbased coating and roofing range is a 100% silicone, protective coating for roofing substrates. Weatherproof, easy to use, odourless, water clean-up. In addition to sealants, the group contains Flashing Tapes in 10 metre roll lengths and in the most popular tape widths.

  • Description A rubberised, oil based sealant which remains predominantly in a semi-dry, paste like condition. Excellent adhesion to most roofing materials such as bitumen, asphalt, wood and metals. Applications include: Weatherproofing of roofing applications; Sealing of guttering, downpipes, chimneystacks and bituminous supports; bedding of roof sheets and felts.

    ELCH PRO Flashing Tape

  • Description A flexible, self-adhesive tape made of reinforced aluminium foil bonded to a tough, bitumen rubber adhesive compound. Easy and quick to apply. Excellent adhesion. Weatherproof anddurable. Applications include: replacement of flashings on any roof type; flashing of skylights; repair of downpipes and guttering; leaking roof repairs; sealing capping bolts and roof ridges.
